RNA BIOLOGY IN VIENNA

Discovering together
the many faces of RNA

In Vienna, one of the most livable cities in the world, you will find an excellent and diverse RNA community embedded in a vibrant scientific and cultural environment.

Doctoral Program

Program

The Vienna-based RNA Faculty jointly provides state-of-the-art training in RNA Biology covering all classes of RNAs. RNA-based regulatory circuits are explored in silico, in vitro and in vivo with technologies ranging from bioinformatics over biochemistry to imaging.

Members

Jointly, we offer a structured selection procedure, a PhD committee that oversees the progress of your studies as well as RNA-based lectures, courses and seminars.

Curriculum

To enter the PhD program you can either enroll in the RNA Biology program at the Medical University of Vienna or the Vienna BioCenter International PhD program.
